The S&P/ASX 200 (Index: ^AXJO) (ASX: XJO) looks set to rebound this morning following a mixed session for international equity markets.

Here's a quick recap:

  • FTSE 100 (UK): down 1.01%
  • DAX (Germany): down 0.25%
  • CAC 40 (France): up 0.2%
  • Dow Jones (USA): down 0.31%
  • NASDAQ (USA): up 0.36%

The Coca-Cola Amatil Ltd (ASX: CCL) share price will likely receive some attention today after The Australian Financial Review's Street Talk column reported the soft drinks maker was about to suffer another blow at the hands of Woolworths Limited (ASX: WOW).

Woolworths recently said it would not stock Coca-Cola Amatil's new 'Coca-Cola No Sugar' product. Now, it is also being reported that the grocery giant may remove three of the five varieties of Coca-Cola Amatil's flagship bottled water brand, Mount Franklin, from the shelves, in favour of its own private label products.

The Somnomed Limited (ASX: SOM) share price could be back in focus again today following yesterday's positive earnings update. The company enjoyed a much stronger fourth quarter (compared to its third quarter) which resulted in the SOM share price surging nearly 11% off a 52-week low.

Other companies that could receive some attention today include APN Outdoor Group Ltd (ASX: APO), Caltex Australia Limited (ASX: CTX) and Origin Energy Ltd (ASX: ORG), all of which fell on Monday.

Likewise, Seven West Media Ltd (ASX: SWM) and TPG Telecom Ltd (ASX: TPM) were among the market's best performers and could get another look-in by investors today.
