3 of the best ASX dividend shares for income investors in November

Income investors might want to get better acquainted with these shares.

If you're looking for ASX dividend shares to buy this November, I think there are some attractive options available.

Here are three that could provide investors with a combination of income and long-term growth.

APA Group (ASX: APA)

The first dividend share to look at is energy infrastructure company APA Group.

APA owns and operates an extensive network of gas pipelines and other energy assets across Australia. These are essential pieces of infrastructure that generate relatively predictable cash flows.

One key positive with APA is that many of its contracts include inflation-linked price increases. This allows the company to grow revenue without necessarily needing to transport significantly more gas.

And that can be valuable for shareholders looking for sustainable dividend income.

In FY 2026, APA increased its annual dividends by 1.8% to 58 cents per share. Management is forecasting another increase to 59 cents per share in FY 2027.

Based on its current share price of $11.21, this represents a forward dividend yield of approximately 5.3%.

I think that's an attractive return from a business with established infrastructure assets and opportunities to grow its earnings through new projects.

Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP)

Another ASX dividend share I'd consider buying in November is Centuria Industrial REIT, which owns a portfolio of industrial properties across Australia.

These include warehouses, logistics facilities and other industrial properties that businesses rely on to operate.

What I like is the opportunity Centuria has to increase its rental income without needing to acquire more properties. In its latest quarterly update, the company revealed that its existing leases were approximately 17% below market rental rates on average.

This gives it an opportunity to negotiate higher rents as leases expire. In fact, new leasing agreements signed during FY 2027 so far have achieved average rental increases of 31%.

I think this could be a powerful driver of earnings and dividend growth over the coming years.

For FY 2027, management is forecasting dividends of 17.3 cents per share, which will be up 3% from last year. Based on its current share price of $2.94, this represents an attractive forward dividend yield of approximately 5.9%.

With its portfolio generating strong rental growth, I believe Centuria could be an excellent option for income investors.

Telstra Group Ltd (ASX: TLS)

A final ASX dividend share I'd consider buying is telecommunications giant Telstra.

Although Telstra isn't the fastest-growing company on the ASX, I think its enormous customer base and strong market position make it an attractive income investment.

After all, mobile connectivity has become an essential service for millions of Australians. And Telstra has demonstrated that it can turn its market position into improving financial performance.

In FY 2026, the company increased its underlying earnings by 4% and cash earnings per share by 14%. This supported a 10.5% increase in its annual dividend to 21 cents per share.

Based on the current Telstra share price of $5.01, this means Telstra offers a trailing dividend yield of approximately 4.2%.

And with management targeting further earnings growth in FY 2027, I believe shareholders could enjoy another dividend increase this financial year.
