With so many high quality growth shares to choose from on the local market, it can be hard to decide which ones to add to your portfolio.

To help you on your way I have picked out three growth shares which I think are positioned to beat the market in 2018. They are as follows:

BWX Ltd (ASX: BWX)

Although the name BWX may not be that familiar, investors will no doubt be very familiar with the company's increasingly popular Sukin skincare range. Thanks to its international expansion and a number of earnings accretive acquisitions, I expect EBITDA growth this year to be very strong. Although its shares are expensive, I think its long-term growth potential justifies the premium, making it a great option today.

Corporate Travel Management Ltd (ASX: CTD)

Despite a solid gain today this travel company's shares are still almost 14% lower than their 52-week high. I think the profit-taking sell off has created a buying opportunity for investors. Especially when you consider how bright its long-term growth prospects are due to the opportunities it has to gain market share both organically and inorganically in a highly fragmented market.

MNF Group Ltd (ASX: MNF)

MNF is a leading provider of voice communication solutions to businesses of all sizes and individuals. Its shares have been on fire once again this year and it isn't hard to see why. Management looks set to build on FY 2017's impressive performance with another strong one in FY 2018. Last month the company forecast profit growth of 24% this year.

Motley Fool contributor James Mickleboro has no position in any of the stocks mentioned.
