FAQ

Will Corporate Travel Management pay a dividend in 2020?

Corporate Travel Management has paid twice yearly dividends every year since late 2011, the year following its initial listing on the ASX. The company typically pays its interim dividend in April and final dividend in October. Up until the company’s interim dividend payment in 2018, all its dividends had been fully franked. Since then, Corporate Travel Management has paid a mixture of partially and fully franked dividends. Due to the company’s operations having been significantly impacted by COVID-19 restrictions, on 20 March 2020, Corporate Travel Management advised its interim dividend payment of 18 cents per share would be deferred until 2 October. The company also advised it will review this decision nearer to that date.

Does Corporate Travel Management offer a DRP?

No. As at June 2020, Corporate Travel Management does not offer its shareholders participation in a dividend reinvestment plan. All dividends are paid via direct credit or cheque.
