Companies across the market will continue to report their latest earnings results today, including Paragon Care Ltd. (ASX: PGC). This morning, the company reported a 25% increase in revenue, driven by a strong second-half performance, as well as 41% growth in operating earnings (EBITDA).

Resolute Mining Limited (ASX: RSG) also announced its unaudited full-year results, reporting a gross profit of $177 million (up 6% year-on-year).

The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX: CBA) share price could receive more attention today after the bank provided an update on the AUSTRAC matter. The bank said: “Ultimately, a Court will seek to ensure that, overall, any civil penalties are just and appropriate and do not exceed what is proper having regard to the totality of established contraventions.” The bank also said it would file a defence in relation to the matter, although that will take significant time to prepare.

Finally, it may be worth keeping an eye on the Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB) share price, which soared almost 9% on Friday after the company completed the institutional component of its capital raising. The company raised cash to help fund its acquisition of JacTravel, a market-leading European business-to-business travel company.
