About Web Travel Group Ltd
Web Travel Group Limited (ASX: WEB), formerly Webjet Limited, is a global B2B travel organisation. Its WebBeds business connects hotels and other travel suppliers with a global network of travel trade buyers through a business-to-business digital marketplace.
In September 2024, the company demerged its consumer-facing operations - the Webjet online travel agency, GoSee, and Trip Ninja - into a separate ASX-listed entity, Webjet Group Limited (ASX: WJL). Web Travel Group retained the WEB ticker and now operates exclusively as a B2B wholesale travel distributor.
