Erin first started with the Fool as a member service representative in 2013 leaving behind a career of teaching Accounting and Economics to secondary students — this was just before we launched Hidden Gems… so when it comes to listening to members and making sure our products live up to expectation she takes her role very seriously.
Now, over a decade later, she now not only works closely on a day-to-day basis with our members, but also with analysts and advisors from across all of our services to ensure that our products meet a diverse range of investing needs.
