Leigh is an investor, business builder and growth strategist with a long-standing interest in how people make decisions under uncertainty. He has founded, grown and exited multiple small businesses, and has worked closely with wealth management firms, boutique investment funds and financial services brands.

Leigh first joined The Motley Fool Australia as an equities writer in 2021 and returned in 2025. His writing is shaped by the lessons of Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger, with a focus on long-term investing, business quality, behavioural discipline and avoiding the costly mistakes that interrupt compounding.
