The L1 Group Ltd (ASX: L1G) share price is in focus after the company announced the launch of PXC Advisors, a new joint venture long short investment manager, and reported a striking 51% annualised return for its new strategy since inception to 31 July 2026.

PXC Advisors has been developed out of Dr Andrew Lin's eight-year tenure in L1 Capital's award-winning Long Short team. The new strategy aims to find mispriced stocks during significant business or industry changes, focusing on technology, industrials, healthcare, and other growth sectors.
Since its inception in January 2024, the PXC Advisors Dynamic Return Strategy has been run with internal capital from L1 Capital's founders and employees. From September 2026, the strategy will open its doors to external investors, broadening access to its investment approach.
