L1 Group Ltd. (ASX: L1G) operates as a fund manager, which engages in investing in global equities. It manages a diverse suite of strategies across long/short equities, global and regional equities, real assets and alternative investments.
L1 Group clients include superannuation funds, offshore pension funds, asset consultants, private wealth firms, financial advisers, family offices, financial planning groups, high net worth individuals, wholesale and retail investors.
L1 Group was formed in 2025 through the merger of L1 Capital (founded in 2007 by Raphael Lamm and Mark Landau) and Platinum Asset Management (founded in 1994), and is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
