Overall occupancy remains high at 99.7% with a weighted average lease expiry (WALE) of 11.4 years.

The group also achieved strong like-for-like rent growth of 3.8% and delivered a 6.4% uplift on 91 completed market rent reviews.

Looking ahead, CQE is guiding to no less than 18.1 cents operating earnings per unit and a distribution of 18.0 cents per unit in FY27—representing 4.6% and 5.9% growth, respectively.

Management highlighted ongoing demand for social infrastructure from strong industry and demographic trends. The trust will continue active asset management and seek further growth opportunities through enhancing portfolio quality and maintaining prudent capital management.
