One of our three main targets for 2026, customer chip design tape-out is a significant achievement on the path to the most important milestone for any new semiconductor technology – mass production of a first product.

Looking ahead, Weebit Nano expects to build on its licensing momentum as further commercial chip designs move towards mass production and established partnerships progress through qualification stages. The upgraded revenue guidance reflects management's confidence that new and expanded customer engagements will continue to drive the business forward.

The company remains focused on supporting technical transfer to manufacturing partners and scaling its ReRAM technology for broader use in AI, automotive, and advanced industrial applications.
