About Viva Energy Group Ltd
Viva Energy Group Ltd (ASX: VEA) is an Australian energy company providing sales of fuel and specialty products through retail and commercial channels across Australia.
Viva Energy was formed following the acquisition of Shell’s downstream business (excluding lubricants production) in Australia in 2014. The energy group is the exclusive licensee of the Shell brand and its products in Australia.
Today, Viva Energy has more than 1,200 retail sites and employs over 1,200 people. Viva Energy shares first listed on the ASX in July 2018 and the VEA share price has been a strong performer since then.
