Adam Surplice

Adam Surplice is the General Manager of The Motley Fool Australia, where he has spent over a decade helping investors make smarter financial decisions - first as Chief Technology Officer for six years before stepping into his current leadership role in 2021.

His pre-Fool career spanned two decades across information systems and software entrepreneurship in both the public and private sectors, beginning in banking systems development before leading a hospitality reservations technology business as Director and Lead Developer.

He has also served in the Royal Australian Air Force.
