Edward Vesely (TMFEdV)

Edward Vesely has been with The Motley Fool since 2016, having previously worked at the ATO in a number of roles across superannuation compliance and dispute resolution.

He's currently the lead advisor for Motley Fool Dividend Investor and Hidden Gems, and is a contributing analyst for the Motley Fool Everlasting Income service.

Ed's interest in investing was piqued more than 30 years by a couple of friends who had already bought their first shares, and a couple of books on the topic.
Ed has completed a Bachelor of International Business from Griffith University and a Master of Business from Queensland University of Technology and, since then, has continued to learn about the world through the lens of investing.

In Ed's words the investing world is "endlessly fascinating" and with no limit on the upside a well diversified portfolio can bring over a life time, he's keen to encourage others to make a start and develop a resilience to stay the course for the very long run.
