I think there are some excellent growth opportunities on the ASX right now, especially for investors willing to hold their shares for several years.
But where should investors look?
Listed below are three ASX shares that have the potential to deliver strong returns between now and 2030.

Aristocrat Leisure Ltd (ASX: ALL)
The first ASX share to consider is gaming technology giant Aristocrat Leisure.
Over the past decade, Aristocrat has been taking market share from its competitors in the lucrative North American casino market, where its poker machines have proven particularly popular.
Its FY 2026 half-year results showed that this success is continuing, with normalised profit increasing 16% in constant currency.
Pleasingly, I believe there is plenty more growth to come, particularly as Aristocrat expands its presence in online gaming.
The company has been bringing some of its most popular casino games, including Lightning Link, into regulated online gambling markets. This allows it to generate additional revenue from successful games beyond the traditional casino floor.
In its half-year results, management advised that it is targeting US$1 billion in annual revenue from its interactive division by FY 2029, which I think highlights the scale of this opportunity.
With its established casino business continuing to perform strongly and online gaming providing another avenue for growth, I think Aristocrat could be generating substantially higher earnings by 2030.
Breville Group Ltd (ASX: BRG)
Another ASX share that I believe could be worth significantly more by 2030 is Breville.
The kitchen appliances company has built a successful international business, particularly with its premium coffee machines, which have proven popular in markets such as the United States and Europe.
And I think there is plenty more growth to come as Breville expands into countries where its brands are still relatively new.
In FY 2026, the company reported record revenue of $1.81 billion, with sales across its newer markets, including China, Korea, Mexico and the Middle East, collectively growing by more than 70%.
This is encouraging because these markets are still at an early stage of development for Breville, giving it opportunities to increase sales as its presence and distribution networks expand.
With its established markets continuing to provide a strong foundation and newer markets offering significant room for growth, I believe Breville has the potential to become a much larger and more profitable business by 2030.
TechnologyOne Ltd (ASX: TNE)
The final ASX share on my list is TechnologyOne, which provides enterprise software to universities, councils and other large organisations.
TechnologyOne has built a successful business in Australia, and I think it could enjoy similar success in the UK as more organisations look to replace their ageing software systems.
One advantage is its SaaS+ offering, which provides customers with the software and takes care of its implementation. This makes switching to a new system less complicated and could help TechnologyOne win more business.
And there are encouraging signs that its UK expansion is progressing well. In the first half of FY 2026, annual recurring revenue (ARR) in the UK increased 23%, helping group ARR climb 17% to $598 million.
With TechnologyOne targeting more than $1 billion in ARR by FY 2030, I believe the company has a clear opportunity to grow its sales and profits substantially over the next four years.
