These buy-rated ASX dividend shares offer 5% to 7.6% yields

These high-yield shares could be worth investigating. Here's what you need to know about them.

ASX dividend shares are popular with income investors, and it isn't hard to see why.

As well as offering the potential for capital gains, they can provide a regular source of income that can be reinvested or used to supplement other earnings.

And with some companies offering dividend yields well above what investors might receive from a savings account, there are plenty of opportunities worth considering.

With that in mind, here are three ASX dividend shares that analysts rate as buys and which offer attractive yields at current prices.

APA Group (ASX: APA)

The first ASX dividend share to consider is energy infrastructure giant APA Group.

The company owns and operates a vast network of natural gas pipelines, as well as electricity transmission, energy storage and power generation assets across Australia.

These assets provide essential services to the country's energy sector, helping APA generate relatively predictable cash flow to support its distributions.

The company delivered a strong performance in FY 2026, with underlying EBITDA increasing 8.3% to $2.18 billion. It also revealed that it has approximately $3.5 billion of organic growth opportunities in its pipeline.

For FY 2027, APA has guided to a dividend of 59 cents per share, up from 58 cents last year.

Based on its current share price of $11.48, this represents a forward dividend yield of approximately 5.1%.

Cedar Woods Properties Ltd (ASX: CWP)

Another ASX dividend share for income investors to consider is Cedar Woods.

It develops residential communities, townhouses and apartments across Australia, putting it in a position to benefit from the country's chronic housing shortage.

And business has been going well. Cedar Woods recently reported a 36% increase in annual net profit to a record $65.6 million, allowing it to lift its fully franked dividends by 34% to 39 cents per share.

At the current share price of $6.14, this gives its shares a trailing fully franked dividend yield of approximately 6.4%.

There could be more growth ahead, too. Cedar Woods entered FY 2027 with a record $830 million in presales and is targeting another 15% increase in net profit. This could bode well for its dividend in FY 2027.

HomeCo Daily Needs REIT (ASX: HDN)

A final ASX dividend share worth considering is HomeCo Daily Needs REIT.

This property investment trust owns a portfolio of retail properties across Australia, with tenants including supermarkets, large-format retailers and businesses providing everyday goods and services.

Many of these businesses benefit from spending that continues regardless of the economic environment. This can help support rental income and dividends to investors.

HomeCo recently reported another year of solid property performance and has provided dividend guidance of 8.6 cents per share for FY 2027.

Based on its current share price of $1.13, this equates to a very generous forward dividend yield of approximately 7.6%.
