HUB24 delivers record FY26 earnings as platform growth accelerates

The HUB24 Ltd (ASX: HUB) share price is in focus today after the company posted record FY26 results, including a 30% lift in underlying EBITDA to $211.4 million and a 51% jump in statutory NPAT to $120.2 million.

HUB24 continued to cement its leadership in the Australian platform market, expanding market share and ranking first for net inflows for the tenth consecutive quarter. The number of active advisers using HUB24 grew to 5,649, up 11% on the previous year, with 148 new licensee agreements signed.

In FY26, the company launched innovative features such as a lifetime super product, enhanced transitions and reporting capabilities for advisers, and saw its integrated Non-Custodial and Private Invest solutions surpass $1 billion in FUA. The Class and NowInfinity businesses also reported growth and product enhancements, with Class Super named the most innovative SMSF software provider.

HUB24 exercised its call option to acquire the trustee of the HUB24 Super Fund, with the deal expected to complete in the first half of FY27, subject to approvals.

Strong earnings growth translated into robust operating cashflows which together with our strong balance sheet, support a fully franked final dividend of 42.0 cps and total FY26 dividends of 78.0 cps, up 39%.

What's next for HUB24?

Looking ahead, HUB24 anticipates growth will be supported by industry trends such as Australia's compulsory superannuation system and rising demand for professional financial advice. The company expects to further increase funds under administration per adviser and extend its market leadership, bolstered by continued innovation and growing adviser adoption.

HUB24 has set a target for platform FUA of $186–200 billion by FY28 (excluding PARS FUA) and plans to pilot its myhub ecosystem in the first half of FY27 to further enhance adviser productivity and client outcomes.
