HUB24 Ltd (HUB, formerly Investorfirst Limited) is an ASX fintech company that leverages technology to connect advisers and their clients through wealth management solutions. HUB24 is a fully-integrated solution for super, investment, pension, insurance and margin lending, used by advisers to unlock efficiency and add value to their clients.

The company’s history dates back to 2007 and HUB shares (as we know them today) first listed on the ASX that very year. The company started out as Investorfirst, trading on the ASX under the ticker code INQ. In 2013, it made the move to rebrand as HUB24, in line with the name of its platform.

Mr Alcock has over 24 years experience across wealth management encompassing advice, platforms, industry superannuation, insurance and information technology. Mr Alcock was formerly Chief Operating Officer of Genesys Wealth Advisers overseeing the authorisation of over 300 financial planners and Head of the Genesys Equity Program, where he was a director of over 20 financial planning practices across Australia. Prior to this he was CEO of Australian Administration Services, a subsidiary of Link Market Services, providing superannuation administration for some of Australia's superannuation funds. He was also previously General Manager for Asteron's wealth management business. Mr Alcock financial services experience solidly underpins his role as Managing Director of HUB24 Limited. Mr Alcock was appointed to the Group's Board on 29 August 2014 as Managing Director.

Ms Stringer has experince in funds management, superannuation, life insurance and financial planning. Her career has included working in national and international law firms, as well as serving as in-house counsel with various financial institutions and more recently, working with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Previously a member of the leadership team at wealth management company MLC, Ruth is now engaged as a Consultant to Herbert Smith Freehills. She has served on a number of boards and committees during her career including the Board of Taxation's Advisory Panel and the Steering Committee of the International Pension and Employee Benefit Lawyers Association. Ruth is involve in improving the superannuation system, in particular by pursuing law reform to better support the provision of income in retirement. Her work in this field was recognised with her appointment to the CIPR (Comprehensive Income Products for Retirement) Framework Advisory Group formed to advise Treasury on aspects of the legislative framework for these new retirement income products.

Ms Kovacs has over 30 years' experience in the financial services industry, having held senior executive leadership roles at Westpac Banking Group, Ellerston Capital, Macquarie Group and BT Financial Group. Ms Kovacs' most recent executive role was as Group Head of Business Development at Westpac until March 2019, where she was responsible for advising the Westpac Executive Committee and Board on business disruption and the future of banking and wealth strategy, as well as managing strategic partnerships. Prior to that Ms Kovacs held executive roles at BT Financial Group as Head of Equities where her responsibilities included product development and distribution of equity products to licensees, advisers and retail investors; Ellerston Capital where she was Head of Investor Relations, Sales & Marketing; and Macquarie Group as Divisions Director, Equity Markets Group. Currently, Ms Kovacs is non-executive director of ASX listed cross-border payments company OFX (ASX Code: OFX), fintech Equitise, and the University Admission Centre (UAC). She is a Member of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia. Ms Kovacs will also serve as a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee of HUB.
