HUB24 Ltd (HUB, formerly Investorfirst Limited) is an ASX fintech company that leverages technology to connect advisers and their clients through wealth management solutions. HUB24 is a fully-integrated solution for super, investment, pension, insurance and margin lending, used by advisers to unlock efficiency and add value to their clients.
The company’s history dates back to 2007 and HUB shares (as we know them today) first listed on the ASX that very year. The company started out as Investorfirst, trading on the ASX under the ticker code INQ. In 2013, it made the move to rebrand as HUB24, in line with the name of its platform.

He is currently non-executive director of 8IP Emerging Companies Limited and was appointed as non-executive director of URB Investments Limited on 13 October 2016. Ruth is engaged as a Consultant to Herbert Smith Freehills. Ms Kovacs has over 30 years' experience in the financial services industry, having held senior executive leadership roles at Westpac Banking Group, Ellerston Capital, Macquarie Group and BT Financial Group. Ms Kovacs' most recent executive role was as Group Head of Business Development at Westpac until March 2019, where she was responsible for advising the Westpac Executive Committee and Board on business disruption and the future of banking and wealth strategy, as well as managing strategic partnerships. Prior to that Ms Kovacs held executive roles at BT Financial Group as Head of Equities where her responsibilities included product development and distribution of equity products to licensees, advisers and retail investors; Ellerston Capital where she was Head of Investor Relations, Sales & Marketing; and Macquarie Group as Divisions Director, Equity Markets Group. Currently, Ms Kovacs is non-executive director of ASX listed cross-border payments company OFX (ASX Code: OFX), fintech Equitise, and the University Admission Centre (UAC). She is a Member of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia. Ms Kovacs will also serve as a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee of HUB.
