The Solstice Minerals Ltd (ASX: SLS) share price is in focus today after the company reported further wide copper mineralisation intercepts at its 100%-owned Nanadie Copper-Gold Project in WA. Nine of the ten latest RC drill holes showed significant mineralisation, supporting Solstice's view that the system extends well beyond the current mineral resource estimate (MRE). Notable results included 51m @ 1.03% Cu and 0.29g/t Au from 194m, and a standout diamond tail intercept of 629.1m @ 0.50% Cu from surface.

What did Solstice Minerals report?

  • Nine out of ten reported RC holes intersected significant copper-gold mineralisation, with multiple wide zones over 1% Cu.
  • Standout intercepts include 51m @ 1.03% Cu, 0.29g/t Au (NANRC041), and 97m @ 0.57% Cu, 0.16g/t Au (NANRC038).
  • First diamond tail (NANRCD004) returned 629.1m @ 0.50% Cu, 0.17g/t Au from surface, with several higher-grade internal zones.
  • Mineralisation now takes shape over a 1.2km strike, with the eastern margin emerging as a higher-grade corridor.
  • Assays are pending for 12 diamond tails and over 30 completed RC holes.
  • The current Nanadie Well MRE stands at 40.4Mt containing 162,000t copper and 130,000oz gold.

What else do investors need to know?

Drilling at Nanadie is ongoing, with over 15,000m of RC drilling planned, including step-out holes, MRE delineation, and pre-collar work for future deeper diamond drilling. The eastern 100m of the host gabbro has shown multiple high-grade intercepts, indicating potential to expand the MRE and access higher-grade ore.

Solstice is well funded, with around $45 million in cash and no debt, ensuring strong capacity to continue systematic exploration. Assay results from over 40 additional holes are expected throughout the second half of 2026, potentially delivering more updates for investors as data become available.

What's next for Solstice Minerals?

Solstice plans to continue aggressive drilling at Nanadie, especially targeting the eastern high-grade corridor and deeper extensions. Pending assays from diamond tails and further RC drilling will help define the project's size and update the MRE in future studies.

With healthy cash reserves and granted mining tenure, Solstice intends to focus on growing the resource base at Nanadie and exploring additional targets along the broader Nanadie-Stark corridor, aiming to establish a large-scale, strategic copper-gold asset in WA's Goldfields.
