What did Predictive Discovery report?

  • Gold poured rose 33% quarter-on-quarter to 64,026 ounces, driven by Kiniéro production ramp-up.
  • Revenue increased 8% from the March quarter to US$217.3 million, reflecting higher gold sales volumes.
  • All-in sustaining cost (AISC) averaged US$1,408/oz; Kiniéro delivered at US$1,254/oz and Nampala at US$1,974/oz.
  • Cash margin from operations was US$112 million, supporting a 31% rise in cash and bullion holdings to US$364.3 million.
  • PDI remains on track for 2026 production guidance of 198,000–220,000 ounces of gold at a group AISC of US$1,300–1,500/oz.
  • Bankan Gold Project advanced, with key contracts awarded and detailed design work commencing in July.

What else do investors need to know?

PDI completed its merger with Robex, strengthening its presence as a dual ASX and TSX-listed West African gold producer. The June quarter also saw the company agree to a US$13.8 million capital gains tax payment with the Government of Guinea, resolving all merger-related fiscal matters.

Guinea's government introduced a new requirement for gold to be locally refined before export, which led to brief export pauses. Predictive Discovery has since resumed shipments and does not anticipate a material impact from this regulatory change on its 2026 guidance. Health and safety performance improved, with zero recordable injuries and lower injury frequency rates at both mining operations.

What did Predictive Discovery management say?

CEO & Managing Director Matthew Wilcox said:

Our outstanding operational and financial results for the quarter place PDI in a strong position to fund growth and deliver enduring value for shareholders.

What's next for Predictive Discovery?

Looking ahead, PDI will focus on completing the Bankan project development, aiming to transition into a multi-asset, mid-tier gold producer. Exploration continues at Kiniéro and Nampala, with priorities to grow resources, extend mine life, and optimise operations.

Management remains disciplined on cost control and capital allocation, while maintaining its 2026 production and cost guidance. The company is also preparing to change its name to "PDI Gold Limited" and conduct a 5-for-1 capital consolidation, both subject to shareholder approval.
