Deep Yellow also moved to acquire Energy Resources of Australia's 50% interest in the Cooper Creek Joint Venture, expanding its Northern Territory uranium footprint.

Deep Yellow remains focused on achieving a Final Investment Decision for the Tumas Project by the end of 2026, subject to uranium market conditions. The company will continue engineering and construction preparations, as well as progress long-term water and power supply agreements.

Exploration will ramp up across key prospects, aiming to add resource potential. In Western Australia, work on the revised Mulga Rock feasibility study continues, targeting project optimisation and value improvement. Management sees a positive uranium market outlook and plans to advance its diversified growth strategy from a strong cash position.
