Owners of WiseTech Global Ltd (ASX: WTC) shares have an exciting year ahead with the prospect of profit growth and further expansion. And there are a few dates that investors really need to be aware of.

The logistics software business has advised the ASX of when it expects some of the most important events to happen during the 2025 calendar year.

For most of the year, buyers and sellers make trades at share prices influenced by external events such as inflation and trade wars. However, on a few days of the year, the company announces something that will influence the WiseTech share price, such as its earnings results.

Let's look at when some of those events are scheduled to happen.

Earnings results

The first event for shareholders to focus on is the upcoming half-year result, which will be released during this current reporting season.

In the report, WiseTech will tell the market about its revenue growth, organic revenue, operating profit (EBITDA), net profit after tax (NPAT), and dividend payment size. It should also provide some outlook commentary.

The FY25 half-year result for the six months to 31 December 2024 is expected to be released on 26 February 2025.

Owners of WiseTech shares should also note that the full-year results are set for release at the end of August 2025. Investors usually get even more detail about the business's performance in the annual report, as well as more detailed commentary from management.

The FY25 result is scheduled for 27 August 2025. The broker UBS expects WiseTech to report that in FY25, it generated $832 million in revenue, $328 million in EBIT, and $227 million in net profit. UBS projects WiseTech could pay an annual dividend per share of 14 cents.

Annual general meeting (AGM)

Another important day for investors is the AGM because it gives the company the opportunity to tell investors how it performed in the previous financial year and its plans and expectations for the new financial year.

Shareholders are able to vote on important issues at the AGM, such as the election of directors. They also get to ask questions of the leadership, which can sometimes be spicy if there have been issues at the company during the prior 12 months.

WiseTech currently expects to hold its 2025 AGM on 21 November 2025.

Dividends

The final dates to highlight for this year are the dividend dates. Owners of WiseTech shares probably want to know when they're going to get paid!

WiseTech plans to pay its interim dividend on 11 April 2025 and the FY25 final dividend on 10 October 2025.

Investors need to own shares before thex-dividend date, which is 14 March 2025 for the interim dividend and 12 September 2025 for the final dividend, to be entitled to these payments.
