SLAMMED: Slater & Gordon Limited shares lose another 36%

Slater & Gordon Limited’s (ASX: SGH) share price has been crushed again today.

Although there were signs of a rebound early in the session, the shares quickly plummeted another 36.7% to a new all-time low of 59.5 cents. They’ve since rebounded to 69.5 cents.

Slater & Gordon’s shares have now lost 74% of their market value since the beginning of the week, and 91.4% since peaking in April.

Although some investors will no doubt be tempted to buy the shares at today’s price, this morning’s heavy decline is a perfect reflection of the risks associated with speculating. While the shares have never traded this low, there’s no rule to say they won’t fall any lower.
