Ms Singh has retail experience gained while working within the Woolworth's group across supermarkets, operations and consumer electronics. Debra has also held leadership roles as CEO of Fantastic Furniture and Group CEO at Fantastic Holdings Limited as well as Group CEO of Household Goods at Greenlit Brands. Ms Bendall has over 10 years experience in governance roles and over 30 years of executive experience on customer strategy, strategic marketing and communications as well as digital transformation. In addition to her current roles as a Committee Member of the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) and a Director of the MCC Foundation, she sits on the Advisory Boards for several female-founded scale ups and has sat on the Boards of the Australian Sports Museum and The Man Cave Global. Prior to focusing on non-executive roles, Ms Bendall was the Chief Marketing Officer for Medibank and Swinburne University of Technology and General Manager Marketing at ANZ Banking Group Limited (Australia).
