Mr Mathieson has worked in the hotel, hospitality and gaming industries for more than 30 years. He is a Director of Ord Minnett Investment Limited. He previously held executive roles with ALH Group, including Chief Executive Officer, where he was involved in the merger of ALH Group and Endeavour Drinks and the subsequent demerger from Woolworths.

Mr Pasquariello has worked in audit, assurance and professional services for more than 40 years, including roles with Deloitte and KPMG. He has worked with organizations in the property, construction, infrastructure, entertainment, hospitality and healthcare sectors. He is currently Chair of the Oliver Hume Property Group, an Advisory Board Director of the Villawood Properties Group, including Villawood Management Pty Ltd, and a Director of St Vincents Institute of Medical Research Limited. He is a Member of the Risk and Compliance Committee and the Culture and People Committee.

Mr Papanier is President and Chief Executive Officer of Bally's Corporation and a member of its Board of Directors. He joined Bally's in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Bally's, he held Chief Operating Officer roles with Peninsula Gaming and Resorts Casino Hotel. He also held executive positions with Sun International Hotels Limited, Mohegan Sun Casino and Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino. He served as Treasurer of the Casino Association of New Jersey during 1999-2000. He is the Chair of the Risk and Compliance Committee and Chair of the Culture and People Committee.

Mr Kim is Chairman of Bally's Corporation and has served as a director since 2016. He is the founding partner, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of investment firm Standard General. He has worked in special situation investing since 1997, including roles at Bankers Trust Company, Och-Ziff Capital Management and Cyrus Capital Management. He is currently a director of Bally's Intralot SA, Vice Chairman and Director of the Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies, and Director and former President of the Stuyvesant High School Alumni Association. He has also served on the boards of Greektown Superholdings, Media General, Inc. and ALST Casino Holdco. He is a Member of the Risk and Compliance Committee.

Ms Lindsay has held legal, risk and governance roles for more than 20 years across the technology, telecommunications and investment sectors. She previously served as Group Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at e&, where she was involved in governance, risk and compliance frameworks and advised on mergers, acquisitions and investments. She has experience in regulatory engagement, compliance transformation and enterprise risk management.

Mr Bowie has worked in tourism, gaming and hospitality for more than 40 years. He began his career in finance and held roles in accounting and consulting in New Zealand, the United States and Australia. He worked with Hilton Hotels Corporation in Australia and later held roles with Wynn Resorts and MGM Resorts in Macau, where he was responsible for management, strategy and expansion activities.
