Ms Smith-Gander was a Partner of McKinsey & Company. Ms Smith-Gander has Australian and international experience in banking and finance, technology and strategic and management consulting. Ms Smith-Gander is also the Chair of HBF Health Limited and the World Anti-Doping Agency's Independent Nominations Committee. She was the former Chair of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) (until February 2025). Ms Smith-Gander is a non-executive director of Sovereign Capability Group Pty Ltd and a member of the Climate Governance Initiative Australia Advisory Council and Whiteoak Capital Advisory Board. In January 2025, she was also appointed as Chancellor of the University of Western Australia (UWA). Ms Sutton's prior roles include non-executive director of Energy Resources of Australia Limited (ERA) and Managing Director and Chief Executive of ERA. Ms Atkins is a former director of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and International Women in Mining (London). In August 2024 she was appointed as Chair of WA School of Mines: Minerals, Energy and Chemical Engineering, Discipline of Mining Engineering, Industry Advisory Committee. Ms Atkins has over 30 years' multi-disciplinary, multi commodity experience through the full mining value chain across Australia and PNG in roles that find, design, run and regulate mines. Ms Atkins' mine operations roles include: Geologist for Australian Consolidated Minerals; Mining Engineer for Mt Isa Mines Ltd; Underground Miner/Airleg Miner for Plutonic Resources; Underground Miner, Mining Engineer/Deputy Mine Manager and Geotechnical Engineer for Placer Dome Asia Pacific; and Mining Engineer for Murchison United. Her career then pivoted to professional services and regulation, including: Senior Mining Engineer for AMC Consultants; District Inspector of Mines for the WA Department of Mines & Petroleum; Principal Mining Consultant for Optiro & Alternate Futures; Chief Advisor at Sustainability; Risk Manager at Deloitte; COO at PETRA Data Science; and MD & Principal at Alex Atkins & Associates. Her other current directorships of listed companies include Non-executive Director of Aquirian Limited since April 2021. Former directorships of listed entities in last three years: Non-executive Director of Strandline Resources Ltd from May 2021 to November 2023. She is Member of the People Committee and Member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee.

Mr Laslett has more than 40 years of engineering, project management and executive experience across some of Australia's publicly listed mining services and infrastructure companies, including a role as the Managing Director of Leighton Contractors, a subsidiary of the Leighton Holdings Group (now CIMIC Group). This experience included accountability for HWE Mining and Leighton Mining, providing open cut mining, underground mining, and materials processing services across operations in Australia and overseas. Mr Laslett is currently the Managing Director and Co-Owner of Leed Engineering & Construction Pty Ltd, a privately owned civil infrastructure contractor. Mr Laslett is Member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee and Member of the Risk Committee.

Mr Walker has 45 years of experience managing mining operations globally. Mr Walkers previous senior leadership roles include Executive Managing Director of Nevada Gold Mines. He has also served as Senior Vice President of Operational and Technical Excellence at Barrick Gold, and Executive General Manager of Barricks Pueblo Viejo Gold Mine in the Dominican Republic.

Mr Nicoletti is a finance and strategy executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across the energy, mining, contracting and services sectors. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Alinta Energy, where he is responsible for finance, tax, treasury, risk management and strategy. Prior to joining Alinta in 2019, Mr Nicoletti served as Chief Financial Officer of Orica, and Group Chief Financial Officer of Broadspectrum (formerly Transfield Services). During these roles he led finance, treasury, tax, risk, audit, strategy, information technology and procurement. Earlier in his career, he held a range of senior executive roles with BHP, including Chief Financial Officer of the Aluminium Division, Chief Financial Officer of the Marketing and Commercial Division, Vice President Strategy and Business Development for Energy Coal, Vice President Colombia Coal, and Acting President Energy Coal.

Ms Torres brings more than 25 years' experience in senior leadership roles across the global resources industry and a track record in driving growth, business transformation and building teams in global operations.
