Perenti Global Ltd (ASX: PRN) is a diversified global mining services group headquartered in Perth, Western Australia. Perenti has a portfolio of companies designed to provide a complete mining value chain throughout Australia, Africa and around the world. Core business divisions include surface mining, underground mining and mining support services.
Formerly Ausdrill Limited, the company began as a one-drill operation in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, and has grown to become an ASX 200-listed company and one of the largest diversified global mining services groups.

Mr Longstaff has a 25-year career in investment banking with many years in Managing Director and senior executive roles at top-tier global firms. He has advised the Boards and CEOs of Australian and international companies on numerous transformational transactions. Her career then pivoted to professional services and regulation, including: Senior Mining Engineer for AMC Consultants; District Inspector of Mines for the WA Department of Mines and Petroleum; Principal Mining Consultant for Optiro and Alternate Futures; Chief Advisor at Sustainability; Risk Manager at Deloitte; COO at PETRA Data Science; and MD and Principal at Alex Atkins and Associates, which is focused on conformance (board assurance of technical and operational risk, mine approvals and compliance) and performance (digital transformation of mining). She was one of 2018's 100 Global Inspirational Women In Mining (WIMUK) and was inducted into the Western Australia Women's Hall of Fame in 2019. Mr Laslett has nearly 40 years of engineering, project management and executive experience across some of Australia's publicly listed mining services and infrastructure companies, including a role as the Managing Director of Leighton Contractors, a subsidiary of the Leighton Holding Group (now CIMIC Group CME:ASX). This experience included accountability for HWE Mining and Leighton Mining, providing open cut mining, underground mining and materials processing services across operations in Australia and overseas. Mr Laslett is currently the Managing Director of Leed Engineering, a privately owned Adelaide based civil infrastructure contractor. In addition to his professional career, Mr Laslett is enhancing the contribution and value provided by the contracting and services industries, including representing the industry at board and governmental levels.
