Ms Smith-Gander, prior to becoming a full-time company director in 2009, had an executive career with Westpac Banking Corporation, primarily in banking operations, technology solutions and change management roles. She was also a Partner of McKinsey and Company. She has Australian and international experience in banking and finance, technology and strategic and management consulting. She is Chair of Zip Co Limited, HBF Health Limited, Sovereign Capability Group Pty Ltd and the World Anti-Doping Agencys Independent Nominations Committee. She is also Chancellor of the University of Western Australia (UWA) and was appointed Governor of AmCham WA from 21 August 2025. She chaired previously listed contractor Broadspectrum and served on the Wesfarmers board for more than a decade. She is also a past director of cooperative CBH and privately held North Queensland Airports. She was awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia (AO) for her distinguished service to business, womens engagement in executive roles, gender equality and the community in 2019. She is a past President of Chief Executive Women.

Ms Hall is a director, board member and Chair of Audit and/or Risk Committees. She currently sits on the boards of Evolution Mining Ltd, the Commonwealth Superannuation Corporation (CSC), ARIA Co Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of CSC), Western Power and Australian Naval Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ANI). She is a member of Chief Executive Women (CEW) and the ASIC Corporate Governance Consultative Panel. She formerly worked for KPMG as a Risk Consulting Partner, on the Senate of Murdoch University and was the Chair of the WA Council for Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand. She has worked with or served on the various other boards or committees across mining, government infrastructure entities, insurance and financial services sectors. She has over 30 years experience in corporate, operational and board governance, risk, financial management and audit.

Ms Sutton brings over 20 years of operational, technical and corporate experience within the mining industry. Her prior roles include non-executive director of Energy Resources of Australia Limited (ERA) and Managing Director and Chief Executive of ERA. She is a member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Engineers Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Chief Executive Women. She is a non-executive director of Iluka Resources Limited, and Australian Naval Infrastructure Pty Ltd (ANI). She is also Chair of the Water Corporation.

Mr Laslett with more than 40 years of engineering, project management and executive experience across some of Australias largest publicly listed mining services and infrastructure companies, including a role as the Managing Director of Leighton Contractors, a subsidiary of the Leighton Holdings Group (now CIMIC Group). This experience included accountability for HWE Mining and Leighton Mining, providing open cut mining, underground mining, and materials processing services across operations in Australia and overseas. He is currently the Managing Director of Leed Engineering & Construction Pty Ltd, a privately owned civil infrastructure contractor.

Mr Walker is an international mining professional with over 45 years of experience managing complex mining operations and delivering sustainable results. Renowned for his ability to build strong community and cultural relationships, Gregory has led teams in Australia, the USA, Canada, Tanzania, the Dominican Republic, and Papua New Guinea. His expertise spans mineral processing, open cut and underground mining, corporate governance, government and community liaison, and strategic executive leadership. He has held roles such as Executive Managing Director of Nevada Gold Mines, Senior Vice President of Operational and Technical Excellence at Barrick Gold, and Executive General Manager of Barrick Pueblo Viejo Gold Mine in the Dominican Republic.

Mr Nicoletti is an experienced finance and strategy executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across the energy, mining, contracting and services sectors. He is currently Chief Financial Officer of Alinta Energy, where he is responsible for finance, tax, treasury, risk management and strategy. Prior to joining Alinta in 2019, Vince served as Chief Financial Officer of Orica and Group Chief Financial Officer of Broadspectrum (formerly Transfield Services), where he led finance, treasury, tax, risk, audit, strategy, IT and procurement in a major listed contracting business. Earlier in his career, he held a range of senior executive roles with BHP Billiton, including CFO of the Aluminium Division, CFO of the Marketing and Commercial Division, Vice President Strategy and Business Development for Energy Coal, Vice President Colombia Coal and Acting President Energy Coal. Vince brings deep expertise in finance, capital management, strategy, risk, performance improvement, and contract focused operating environments, together with extensive executive committee and board exposure across listed, private and joint venture companies. His experience includes improving reporting, cash conversion, working capital discipline and contract book oversight in complex business environments, with significant international exposure across Australia, Africa, North America and South America

Ms Torres held the role of Chief Operating Officer at South32 and has more than 20 years experience in senior leadership roles across the global resources industry. She joined South32 in 2018 and held senior roles including Chief Technology Officer and Chief Technical Officer before her appointment as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining South32, she spent 11 years at BHP in a range of senior leadership roles. She is also Chair of the Minerals Research Institute of Western Australia (MRIWA) and a non executive director of the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA) and the Minerals Council of Australia. She is also a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology Sciences and Engineering and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
