    About Lendlease Group

Lendlease Group (ASX: LLC) is a property and infrastructure group operating in Australia, the Americas, the UK, Europe, and Asia. In 2025, the company completed its exit from international construction operations, selling its UK and US construction businesses, and now focuses on its Australian construction pipeline.

The group's core operations are structured around its Investments, Development and Construction (IDC) segment, alongside a Capital Release Unit (CRU) responsible for recycling capital out of non-core and legacy assets to fund debt reduction and reinvestment. Lendlease has been progressively simplifying its business and reducing its risk profile as part of an ongoing multi-year turnaround strategy.
