Capricorn Metals Ltd (ASX: CMM), based in Perth, Western Australia, is a gold production company operating two major projects: the Karlawinda Gold Project in the Pilbara, operational since June 2021, and the Mt Gibson Gold Project in Western Australia's Mid-West, acquired in July 2021
Capricorn Metals holds a combined resource base of 4.4 million ounces and reserves of 1.3 million ounces, with ongoing exploration in both project areas to expand its gold production capabilities.

Mr Clark has over 30 years' experience in corporate advisory and public company management. He was a director of Australian gold miner Equigold NL (Equigold) from April 2003 and was Managing Director from December 2005 until Equigold's $1.2 billion merger with Lihir Gold Ltd in June 2008. Equigold developed and operated gold mines in both Australia and Ivory Coast. Mr Clark also served as Managing Director of Regis Resources Limited (Regis) from May 2009 until November 2016 when he was appointed Executive Chairman. He retired as a director of Regis in October 2018. Mr Clark oversaw the development of Regis' three operating gold mines at the Duketon Gold Project, which culminated in the project producing well over 300,000 ounces of gold per annum. Mr Clark joined Capricorn Metals in July 2019 and has overseen the development and commissioning of the Karlawinda Gold Project and the acquisition of the Mt Gibson Gold Project.

Mr Okeby began his career in the resources industry in the 1980's as a corporate lawyer advising companies on resource project acquisitions, financing, and development. He has over 35 years' experience as a director of ASX listed mining and exploration companies. Previously Mr Okeby has been a director of Hill 50 Ltd, Abelle Limited, Metals X Limited, Westgold Resources Limited, Lynas Corporation Ltd and Regis Resources Limited.
