Mr Perkins is experienced executive in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and casual dining segments of the Australian restaurant industry. He has had more than 40 years' experience with the Collins Foods Group, having over seen its growth both domestically and overseas over that time. Kevin is the Non-executive Chairman of Sizzler USA Acquisition, Inc.

Mr Kaye is a barrister, mediator and professional Non-executive Director. Robert has acted for various commercial enterprises- both public and private- across media, retail, FMCG, property development, mining and engineering sectors. He has experience as a senior member of the NSW Bar, including serving on the Professional Conduct Committee and Equal Opportunity Committee. Robert has cross-border experience, including corporate restructuring and M&A across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Australia and New Zealand region

Ms Holman brings more than 20 years' of commercial and Board experience across a variety of areas including mergers and acquisitions, finance, sales, technology, digital transformations and marketing to Collins Foods. Christine was previously a director of Wise Tech Global Ltd, HT&E Ltd and Vocus Ltd. In her previous executive capacity, as both CFO & Commercial Director of Telstra Broadcast Services, Christine brings understanding of legacy and emerging technologies supported by a knowledge of strategies related to growing businesses and digital transformations. During her time in private investment management, Christine assisted management and the Board of investee companies on strategy and corporate development, mergers & acquisitions, leading due diligence teams, managing commercial negotiations and developing growth opportunities.

Ms Anderson has experience in strategy, sales, marketing, customer experience and innovation within the food, beverage, consumer goods and agribusiness sectors in both Australia and internationally, including senior leadership roles as Vice President Innovation at Cadbury Schweppes Americas (Dr Pepper Snapple) based in New York, Marketing & Innovation Director for Coca Cola Amatil and McCain Foods; and CEO for Powerforce, demoplus, Artel and Retail Facts. Currently, Ms Anderson is Deputy Chair of the Australian Made Campaign Limited, and Non-executive Director of ASX Graincorp, Craig Mostyn Group, Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, and the Fred Hollows Foundation. Previously, Ms Anderson was Non-executive Director of ASX listed Toys R Us ANZ and Select Harvests Limited as well as the former Chair of the Monash University Advisory Board for the marketing faculty

Mr O'Malley held various roles at AmRest including Chief Operating Officer for Central Europe from 2008 to 2011, Managing Director Starbucks CEE (2007-2008) and Brand President KFC in Poland and the Czech Republic (2003-2007), which was a business of 125 KFC restaurants in Poland and the Czech Republic.

Mr Hawthorne brings more than 25 years of retail and franchising experience gained as an executive leading franchisee centric brands. Most recently, he was the CEO & Executive Director of Guzman y Gomez (GyG) from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, Mr Hawthorne led McDonalds in various markets including the United Kingdom, New Zealand and the Middle East and Africa over a period of 10 years.

Mr Clark has spent more than 20 years advising on cross border finance, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. He started his career as a solicitor in the City of London and was an associate and partner with Minter Ellison in Sydney, London, Beijing and Hong Kong. More recently, Mr Clark has built and led new professional services businesses. He co-founded managed Peregrine Law in the UK, which was acquired by Nexa in January 2020, where he remains as CEO.
