About Collins Foods Ltd
Collins Foods Ltd (CKF) is a KFC franchisee in Australia, the Netherlands, and Germany; as well as a Taco Bell franchisee in Australia. Additionally, the company is the owner of Sizzler restaurants in Australia and the franchisor for Sizzler in Asia. With this, Collins Foods operates more than 250 KFC stores and is aiming to get the famous Taco Bell brand off the ground here in Australia.
The company’s history dates back to 1969 when it opened the first KFC restaurant in Queensland. After expanding its operations over many decades, Collins Foods shares first listed on the ASX in 2011. The Collins Foods share price has gone on to experience impressive growth in the ensuing years on the back of acquisitions, store rollouts and growing same-store sales.
