About Bubs Australia Ltd (ASX: BUB)
Bubs Australia Limited (BUB, formerly Hillcrest Litigation Services Limited) produces Australian-made infant formula, organic baby food and cereals, which it sells in Australia, China and internationally. After acquiring NuLac Foods, Bubs Australia is now also Australia’s largest producer of goat milk products.
The company was founded in 2006 and Bubs shares made their ASX debut in January 2017. The Bubs share price has seen strong growth since first listing on the ASX, chasing on the heels of its big-name ASX infant formula rivals such as A2 Milk and Bellamy’s.
