    About BHP Group Ltd

    Formerly BHP Billiton Limited, BHP Group Ltd (ASX: BHP) is a multinational mining company. In 2022, it unified its dual-listed company structure, moving to a primary listing on the ASX while retaining a standard listing on the London Stock Exchange and secondary listings elsewhere.

    The company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and is one of the largest listed companies on the ASX. Like other ASX resource stocks, the BHP share price can fluctuate widely in response to commodity pricing and supply/demand.
