  • Adjusted EBITDA of $30.8 million, up 50%
  • UNPATA of $11.4 million, up 73%

What else do investors need to know?

Smart Parking delivered strong organic growth, with 72% of revenue uplift coming from expansion of ANPR sites and ongoing operational improvements. Additional momentum was built in the second half, particularly with new site growth in key territories including the US and Germany.

Significant improvements to the UK debt resolution processes added $7.0 million of EBITDA in FY26, supporting margin expansion. The business also acquired US-based American Parking in July 2026 and launched a $5 million share buyback program, reflecting confidence in future prospects.

What's next for Smart Parking?

Smart Parking aims to add 450–600 net new ANPR sites in FY27, staying on track to reach its target of 3,000 sites by the end of 2028. The company will focus on further expansion in the US and Germany, with continued investment in AI-driven technology and disciplined acquisitions.

Losses from new territories, such as Denmark and Switzerland, are expected to reduce as site and PBN (Parking Breach Notice) volumes scale, and management remains optimistic about achieving positive EBITDA in these markets by FY28. The company's robust balance sheet will support ongoing investment in growth.
