IPD Group's growth was broad-based, with all major divisions except Addelec showing strong lifts. Data centre revenue soared 27% to $71.5 million, while acquisitions like Platinum Cables added further diversity to the revenue base.
The balance sheet remains robust after the successful $37.5 million Platinum Cables acquisition. IPD finished the year with net assets of $181.8 million, and leverage now stands at a conservative 0.3 times underlying EBITDA.
During the year, the company opened a new Perth office, streamlining its Western Australian operations and supporting future growth across its brands.
