    About Washington H Soul Pattinson and Co Ltd

    WHSP Holdings Limited (ASX: SOL), commonly known as Soul Patts, is an Australian investment company that holds a diverse portfolio across six segments: listed companies, private companies, an emerging companies portfolio, real assets, a credit portfolio, and treasury.

    With origins in pharmacies, it now has a much broader portfolio spanning industries including natural resources, telecommunications, agriculture, property, and financial services. Its largest holdings include TPG Telecom Ltd (ASX: TPG) and New Hope Corporation (ASX: NHC), which together represent a significant share of its approximately AUD $14 billion net asset value.

    Following the merger with Brickworks Limited in September 2025, Brickworks is now a subsidiary of the group. The company has been listed on the ASX since 1903 and aims to deliver returns to shareholders through capital growth and steadily increasing dividends.
