Perpetual is an active manager of listed assets. It also provides financial planning services to high net-worth clients via its private segment. Its trust segment provides outsourced responsible entity services to funds, as well as custodial and trustee services in debt capital markets.
In January 2023, Perpetual acquired Australian funds manager Pendal Group, along with its boutique brands J O Hambro, Regnan, and TSW.
