    Mr Murdoch is Executive Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Fox Corporation (FOX). Mr. Murdoch has spent the past two decades building, operating and investing in prominent television and publishing businesses. He currently serves as Executive Chair of NOVA Entertainment, an Australian media company. Mr. Murdoch previously served as Non-Executive Chair of Ten Network Holdings.
    Mr. Murdoch served since 1996 on the Board of Directors of News Corporation, which separated into two publicly traded companies, News Corp and 21st Century Fox, in 2013. Mr. Murdoch was named Co-Chair of 21st Century Fox in 2014, and Executive Chair in 2015; he served in that role until the closing of the merger of 21st Century Fox and The Walt Disney Company in March 2019. From 1996 to 2005, Mr. Murdoch served in a number of senior executive roles at News Corporation. As Deputy Chief Operating Officer, he was directly responsible for the company's U.S. television stations group and publishing assets, serving as Chair of Fox Television Stations (FTS) and Publisher of the New York Post. At FTS, he oversaw the company's 35 owned-and-operated television stations, where he raised the bar on local news coverage nationwide, increasing the total number of local news hours across the group to more than 850 per week. At the New York Post, he overhauled the tabloid and grew its circulation by more than 40 percent. Mr. Murdoch also oversaw HarperCollins Publishers and News Corporation's lines of business in Australia, including REA Group, an online real estate business in Australia. He led the company's purchase of a controlling stake in REA, which began with an original cash investment of approximately $1 million and resulted in a corporate asset that is currently valued in excess of $10 billion. In 2005, Mr. Murdoch founded Illyria Pty, a private investment company. In 2009, Illyria acquired 50 percent of DMG Radio, a network of radio stations, which later was renamed NOVA Entertainment.

    Mr Aznar has served as the President of the Foundation for Social Studies and Analysis, a political research and educational organization focused on Spain, since 1989. Mr. Aznar served as the President of Spain from 1996 to 2004. He was the Executive President of the Partido Popular of Spain from 1990 to 2004 and its Honorific President from 2004 to 2016, and also served on the State Council of Spain from 2005 to 2006. He is the President of el Instituto Atlantico de Gobierno, an organization for education that he founded in 2014, having been a Fellow at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, where he was also Chairman of the Atlantic Basin Initiative, from 2011 to 2015, and a Distinguished Scholar at the Edmund A. Mr. Aznar has been a Director of Afiniti, a developer of artificial intelligence systems, since 2016, President of the Honorary Board of the Bussola Institute since 2017, an advisor to Latham & Watkins LLP since 2018 and a member of the International Advisory Board of Barrick Gold Corporation since 2011.     Ms Bancroft is a professionally trained opera singer and has served as a Director of the Pacific Art Society, a non-profit performing arts company, since 2016, and the California Ballet since 2019. She previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Summer Games in Rio de Janeiro from 2015 to 2017 and as a Partner at Brunswick Group, an international corporate communications firm, from 2012 to 2015. She founded Avanti SC, a strategic planning consulting firm, in 2000, and until 2015 was a partner in Black-Key Participacoes SA, which invests in digital start-up companies in Brazil, and Neemu Internet, an e-commerce technology firm. Ms. Pessoa previously served in roles during her 18-year career at the Globo Organizations (Globo), a media group in South America, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to 2011 and New Business Director from 2008 to 2011 of Infoglobo, the newspaper, Internet and information services business of Globo. She also served as a Director of Globo's subsidiaries including Valor Economico, a financial newspaper in Brazil, and Zap Internet, an online classified ad service in Brazil, from 2001 to 2011 and as a Director of SPIX Macaw Internet SA, an online news distribution start-up company, from 2009 to 2011. Ms. Pessoa currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Vinci SA, Credit Suisse Group AG and Suzano S.A., in addition to several non-profit boards.

    Mr Thomson have served as editor-in-chief of Dow Jones & Company and managing editor of The Wall Street Journal from May 2008. He directed the global news operations of the print and digital Journal and Dow Jones Newswires, with an international news staff of over 2,000 journalists in more than 80 bureaus worldwide. Mr. Thomson's editorial leadership and Dow Jones' commitment to quality journalism fueled growth and innovation, with The Wall Street Journal becoming the circulation newspaper in the U.S. The Journal expanded its content and added a host of sections to complement its core of unrivalled business and finance coverage. The company's expansion across content was complemented by a growth across geographies and devices, with digital content and video offerings and local-language Web sites in Europe and Asia, reaching tens of millions of users worldwide. Before joining Dow Jones in December 2007, Mr. Thomson was editor of The Times of London where he presided over an expansion of its readership in print and on the Web - the audience of the Times Online grew from less than 1 million monthly to almost 13 million during his editorship. Prior to that, he was editor of the U.S. edition of the Financial Times taking prime editorial responsibility for the FT Group's ambitious drive into the U.S. market, where the newspaper trebled its sales to almost 150,000. Mr. Thomson had been editor of the Weekend FT and assistant editor of the Financial Times, orchestrating a redesign of the Weekend FT in late 1996 - that edition became the fastest-growing newspaper in the U.K. market during 1997. Mr. Thomson has been a journalist since early 1979, when he joined The Herald in Melbourne, working as a copyboy and a finance and general affairs reporter before becoming the paper's Sydney correspondent. In 1983, he was hired by the Sydney Morning Herald as a senior feature writer and, two years later, was appointed to a Beijing bureau then shared by the Sydney paper and the Financial Times. He is the author of The Judges: A Portrait of the Australian Judiciary (Allen & Unwin) and co-author of The Chinese Army (Weldon Owen). He edited a collection of satirical writing titled True Fiction (Penguin Books).
