About Northern Star Resources Ltd
Gold miner Northern Star Resources Ltd (ASX:NST) is one of Australia’s leading ASX-listed precious metal producers.
With a resource base located in the gold regions of Western Australia. NST is currently involved in exploration, development, mining and processing of gold deposits and sale of refined gold derived from the Jundee, Kundana (100% owned and 51% owned operations), Kanowna Belle, Paulsens, and South Kalgoorlie operations.
As a resource share in the ASX Gold sector, the Northern Star share price is tied to fluctuations in the commodity pricing of the sought-after yellow metal. After NST shares first listed on the ASX in 2003, Northern Star has gone on to be a strong performer and currently sits as one of the largest companies on the sharemarket.
