Mr Carroll has non-executive experience having served on over 20 boards including six ASX listed companies. During his executive career, Mr Carroll had an 18-year career with the National Australia Bank (NAB) with positions in NAB's internal Investments and Advisory team and as General Manager, Agribusiness Financial Services. Prior to this Mr Carroll worked in the animal health and crop care sectors having commenced his career as an agronomist with Monsanto. Mr Carroll brings to the Board his knowledge and expertise within the Australian agricultural sector. Mr Brook was the CFO of Western Mining Resources Limited and Deputy CFO of the Australian & New Zealand Banking Group. Mr Brook brings to the Board executive experience in Australia, the US, the UK and Africa, across a range of industries including mining, finance, manufacturing and chemicals. Mr Robinson has experience in the resources and finance industries, having held senior executive roles at Newcrest Mining, BHP, Lattice Energy and Merrill Lynch, spanning over 30 years. Greg remains a non-executive director of Royal Automobile Club of Victoria (RACV) Limited and Rex Minerals Limited.

Ms Dwyer has executive experience in investment banking, funds management, real estate and corporate strategy and is an experienced non-executive director. During Ms Dwyer's executive career, she held management roles with Hambros Bank Limited, Societe Generale and Quintan Estates & Development plc. Ms Dwyer brings to the Board her international executive experience and non-executive director experience in the Australian listed company environment. Her other listed company directorships in the past three years are ALS Group Limited - Non-executive Director (from 2016); Metcash Limited - Non-executive Director (2014-2021); DEXUS Property Group - Non-executive Director (2011-2022); DEXUS Wholesale Property Fund - Non-executive Director (2011-2022); OZ Minerals Limited - Non-executive Director (from 2017 - 2023). Mr Ho is the Founder and Chief Industrialist Investor of Janchor Partners, an industrialist investor based in Hong Kong, with experience as a non-executive director and long-term investor in Australia and across the globe. Before founding Janchor Partners in 2009, Mr Ho acquired global experience including with the Boston Consulting Group in Australia, Citadel Investment Group in the US and as Head of Asian Investing at The Children's Investment Fund (Asia). Mr Ho brings to the Board his experience in the international and Australian investment markets. His other listed company directorships in the past three years include Avepoint Inc - Non-executive Director (from 2021); Vocus Group Limited - Non-executive Director (from 2018 - 2021) and other directorships/appointments are Janchor Partners Limited - Director; ROKT Pte Limited - Non-executive Director.

Mr Mauro Neves is a global executive with 30 years industry experience across the resources and
logistics sectors. He joined BHP in 2017 as Asset President for the company's Escondida operations in Chile,
accountable for this joint venture between BHP, Rio Tinto and JECO (Japanese consortium led
by Mitsubishi). Escondida is the largest copper mine in the world accounting for circa 5% of
global copper production including ~10,000 employees, mining pits, concentrator, two power
plants, transmission network, port, and the largest desalination complex in the continent. In 2021
Mauro was appointed Asset President for BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) in Queensland,
Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal (which is a joint venture
between BHP and Mitsubishi Development).
