About Hotel Property Investments
Hotel Property Investments (ASX: HPI) is an Australian real estate investment trust (REIT) with a portfolio of more than 60 freehold pub properties and associated tenancies, primarily in Queensland.
The majority of its properties are leased long-term to Queensland Venue Company, a joint venture between Coles Group (ASX: COL) and Australian Venue Company. Under the leases, the tenant is responsible for outgoings (except land tax in Queensland).
The company continues to seek properties that meet its target criteria for acquisition. These include properties in good condition and well located in metropolitan or regional centres with long-term growth potential.
