About Ebos Group Ltd

Ebos Group Ltd (ASX: EBO) is an Australasian marketer, wholesaler and distributor of healthcare, medical and pharmaceutical products. It also markets and distributes consumer products and animal care brands, and has more than 3,700 employees in more than 60 locations across Australia and New Zealand. It owns TerryWhite Chemmart and Symbion, among other healthcare services.

The company dates back to 1922 when Early Brothers Trading Co. Ltd was founded in Christchurch, New Zealand, selling lamps for horse-drawn carriages. A name change to Early Bros Dental & Surgical Supplies Ltd followed in 1954 before the EBOS Group was born in 1986.

The company has made a number of acquisitions over the years, and revenue exceeded $1 billion for the first time in 2008. Ebos Group listed on the ASX in December 2013, and by 2016 its revenue had exceeded $7 billion.
