Dubber Corporation Ltd (ASX: DUB) operates a cloud-based call recording and audio asset management platform servicing more than 200 communication services and applications in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
Dubber's technology is considered a disruptor in the call-recording industry. Its Software as a Service removes the need for on-premise hardware and relieves data storage challenges. As well, its tools use artificial intelligence and natural language processing to provide further services including real-time search functions, alerts, transcription, and sentiment analysis.
Dubber markets its services as allowing businesses of any size to automatically record every call and transform their content into usable data for compliance, revenue, customer, and people intelligence applications.
