FAQ
Will Downer EDI pay a dividend in 2020?
On 24 March, Downer announced it would defer payment of its interim dividend of 14 cents per share until 25 September 2020. The company pointed to the uncertainty surrounding the impact of COVID-19 on Downer’s business as the reasoning behind this deferral decision.
At this stage, Downer has made no further announcements regarding its interim or final FY20 dividend payments.
Does Downer EDI offer a dividend reinvestment plan?
Historically, Downer EDI has offered a dividend reinvestment plan (DRP), however, its DRP has been suspended since 2014.
The DRP was originally established in September 2004 and provided shareholders with the opportunity to reinvest their dividends in Downer without incurring any brokerage costs.
