    About Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure

    Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure Ltd (ASX: DBI) owns and operates the metallurgical coal export facility at Dalrymple Bay,  located at the Port of Hay Point, south of Mackay in Queensland. It is the world's largest coal export facility, serving the coal-rich Bowen Basin and is an important link in the global steelmaking supply chain. The company provides handling and loading capacity to independent customers shipping coal for export.

Mr Riches' corporate life began at Alinta Energy where over almost six years he held several senior executive roles. From 1993 to 2010 Mr Riches specialized in the financing of mergers and acquisitions and infrastructure projects and was a partner of Minter Ellison and Clayton Utz from 2000.
