FAQ
Will Cleanaway pay a dividend in 2020?
Cleanaway pays twice yearly, fully franked dividends in April and October each year. The company’s last interim dividend of 2 cents per share was paid on 3 April 2020. Whilst Cleanaway has made no announcement regarding its final FY20 dividend, the company did suspend its earning guidance on 24 March due to uncertainty surrounding the impacts of COVID-19 on its operation. This was despite reporting no material changes in volumes across their operating segments at the time.
Does Cleanaway offer a DRP?
Yes. Cleanaway offers Australian shareholders who hold no less than 100 shares the option of participating in the company’s dividend reinvestment plan. Shareholders can elect either full or partial participation. Under the DRP, shares may be issued at a discount of up to 5% which is determined by the Board at its discretion.
