About Centuria Capital Group
Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI) is an Australasian funds manager of property and investment bonds. The business has two core areas of focus: Centuria Property Funds and Centuria LifeGoal Investment Bond. Its property funds management is the largest component of the company's platform, with assets across commercial, industrial, and healthcare real estate throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Centuria has also been expanding into digital infrastructure, including a partnership with ResetData that makes it one of only three NVIDIA Cloud Partners in Australia, as part of a growing AI data centre strategy.

Mr McBain is a co-founder and Executive Director of Centuria Capital Limited. He has been instrumental in the incorporation of several businesses into the Centuria Group, including the 360 Capital Group, Heathley Asset Management (now Centuria Healthcare), Augusta Capital Limited (now Centuria NZ), Bass Capital (now Centuria Bass Credit), the Primewest Group, Arrow Funds Management, and ResetData. These acquisitions, together with a successful integration program, have created corporate growth over the past 30 years, culminating in Centuria Capital Limited entering the S&P/ASX 200 Index in 2021. Mr Huljich, Joint CEO, has a real estate career spanning 30 years across the commercial and industrial real estate sectors. He is a co-founder of Centuria Capital and, together with Joint CEO John McBain, collectively oversees more than $22 billion of assets under management. He is chiefly responsible for the companys real estate portfolio and funds management operations, including the listed Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP) and Centuria Office REIT (ASX: COF), as well as Centurias extensive range of unlisted funds across Australia and New Zealand. In addition, he has been instrumental in Centurias entry into the real estate credit market through Centuria Bass Credit, as well as Centurias cloud services and AI joint venture, ResetData. Since Centuria was established, he has been pivotal in raising over $5 billion for the listed and unlisted vehicles. He has been central to positioning Centuria as one of Australias largest external property fund managers. He has a hands-on approach to real estate operations throughout the Groups platform. The Transactions, Development, Funds Management, Distribution, Marketing, and Asset Management teams all report directly to him.
He is a past President of the Property Funds Association (PFA) of Australia and currently sits on the Property Council of Australias Capital Markets Division Committee. |
