The company's recognisable brand names are KFC and Taco Bell. The majority of the company's revenue comes from KFC restaurants in Australia. It also has KFC outlets in Germany and the Netherlands. Collins Foods also operates Taco Bell restaurants in Australia with plans to expand the Taco Bell chain domestically in the medium-term.
It previously operated the buffet-style Sizzler restaurant chain in Australia. Sizzler outlets were discontinued in Australia during the coronavirus pandemic.
