About Centuria Industrial REIT
Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX: CIP) is a real estate investment trust that owns around four billion dollars of industrial properties. These include manufacturing facilities, distribution warehouses, and data centres.
The trust markets itself as Australia's largest domestic pure-play domestic industrial property investment vehicle. It is listed in the S&P/ASX 200. It boasts a portfolio of 89 prime assets, strategically positioned in key urban locations to support last-mile fulfilment, particularly around Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide.
The majority of the trust's revenue comes from tenants directly linked to the production, packaging, and distribution of consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications.
The trust is externally managed by Centuria Capital Group (ASX: CNI).
