    About BWP Trust

    BWP Trust (ASX: BWP) is an Australian Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). It is focused on owning warehouse/bulky goods retailing properties with relatively large sites, high visibility, and access to arterial roads.

    The Trust's portfolio of properties is diversified across most Australian states. Many of the sites are on long-term leases to Australia's dominant hardware and home improvement chain Bunnings Group. Bunnings is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wesfarmers Ltd (ASX: WES), a wide-moat, top 10 ASX-listed company by market capitalisation. 

    BWP Trust is also externally managed by a wholly owned subsidiary of Wesfarmers, with Wesfarmers also owning just under 25% of units in the trust.
